		<description>awesome!  you are my hero.  running while away from home on business or vacation is super tough.  nice work.  and congrats on the new rbks ... i might get some new trainers myself.

good to keep the speed varied on the treadmill - at least it keeps it interesting.

try not to overtrain - keep cross training to supplement the runs, or do a very slow run if you add an additional running day to the schedule.

		<description>I was machine in Mexico.  I ran about 4 of the 5 days I was there.  That is with mexican hangover and all.  new rbks are working out well, my back has stopped hurting after running...I have only focused on treadmill and start at 4.5 mph and vary as high as 7.5 for some intervals...I am concerned about running outside and impact on my knees...but look forward to giving it a shot...</description>
